Effective July 20, 2021, in accordance with Olu’s Beginnings, LLC’s duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting a mandatory vaccine policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families; our children, clients, and visitors; and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 or influenza, that may be reduced by vaccinations.
All Olu’s Beginnings, LLC employees are required to receive vaccinations as determined by the Human Resources department, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved. Employees not in compliance with this policy will be placed on unpaid leave until their employment status is determined by the human resources department. This policy will comply with all applicable laws and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Minnesota Department of Health, and local health authorities, as applicable.
